On the 10th July 2005 the Saint James Theatre was
transformed into an underwater world hosting bands, artists,
DJ's and VJ's, all in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of
the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior.
More than just a tribute concert, the event was an audio
and visual experience that both commemorated a sunken warrior
and celebrated the achievements of Greenpeace over the past 30
years.
The John Butler Trio
headlined the bill which included Steriogram, The D4, Che
Fu, Don McGlashan and John Segovia, Opshop and Wellington band
Rhombus. Don McGlashan was joined by special guests
Kirsten Morelle and Che Fu to perform the anniversary
commemoration song 'Anchor me'
